Concept illustration

Here at Painting Pixels we do indeed paint a lot of pixels. We create many styles of graphics and illustrations for many different styles of projects. A lot of the time it’s not too important how we create it or how many lines we use or even what style is created in as long as it looks good. This project was a little bit of an exception. We got a call to illustrate a particular design concept which would be used in a book to help explain a very complex concept. It was really important to understand the all the information very clearly and not get too carried away and get too arty as every line, angle and shape represented something different in this metaphoric concept.

We are very happy with how this project turned out, as was the client. We were given a hand drawn rough sketch and then recreated it, digitally with a more visually appealing style. The end result is clean, precise and current.
